The 401(k) Plan is designed to help employees save money for retirement. It allows pre-taxed employee contributions of an unlimited percentage of your salary up to the IRS limit. For each $1 you contribute, HLT will add $1 to your account on the first 3% of your pay. After that threshold, HLT will contribute $.50 to each $1 on the next 2% you contribute, up to 4% of your salary when the employee contributes 5%. The plan also offers 100% vesting right away.
